"Reel Legend" is a 28 foot Bertram Fly Bridge Sport Fish. Originally built in 1982 and completely restored with new engines in 2007 to 2008 "Reel Legend" is a proven offshore "pocket battle wagon". The Bertram 28 has always enjoyed a heavy cult following due to its massive weight, deep vee bottom, huge cockpit, incredible sea keeping ability and dry ride. Fishing on "Reel Legend" is like fishing on a piece of boating history. Truly a classic and rigged to fish or dive, "Reel Legend" is rugged, reliable and always ready to go.
We don't really need this space for fishing or diving, but it makes a nice place to get out of the weather. The little fisherman can even take a nap if they need to. The ladies always appreciate the bathroom, or the head as we call it.
Reel Legend gets her new "kicks". Twin 2008 "Stroker 383s". 350HP and 400ft/lbs of torque per engine (we just love to write that). Gobs of power get us there and back with authority and in a big hurry if we need to outrun the weather.

With a Furuno color fish finder, Garmin GPS Chart plotter and Radar, Reel Legend is decked out with all the modern electronics. We even have XM satellite stereo for some serious fishing and diving tunes.
