Reel Legend Charters in Naples, Florida was started by Captain Keith S. Walton to follow his passion for boating, fishing, scuba diving and being on the water. Born and raised on the Chesapeake Bay, Captain Keith spent his summers fishing and crabbing in and around Annapolis and Chesapeake Beach, Md. Also an avid wreck and technical diver off the coasts of Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and North Carolina, he continues fishing, diving and spearfishing in the waters off Naples, Florida.

Capt. Keith graduated from Texas A&M with a Marine Transportation degree and his U.S.C.G. Third Mate Unlimited Ton All Ocean Deck License. After graduation, he ran harbor tugs in the Houston Ship channel. He currently works offshore West Africa on an ultra deep water exploratory drill ship as a Dynamic Position Officer and has advanced his license to a 1600 Ton All Ocean Masters and Unlimited Ton All Ocean Second Mates . With a month on, month off Schedule, he has been able to turn his obsession for being offshore into "Reel Legend Charters".
